Delete your account
This is the Flowx weather app, by Flowx Ltd. You can delete your Flowx account here at any time, with or without the app.
How to delete it:
- Sign in above with your account's email.
- Press Delete account below.
- Open the link we email you, and confirm. Nothing is deleted until you do.
What is deleted: your account, its email address, its settings, and the records of subscriptions held against it.
What is kept: If your account used a free trial, we keep a scrambled copy of your email address, not the address itself, for two years after the account is deleted, so it cannot start a second free trial.
Store subscriptions: Gold bought through Google Play or the App Store is not cancelled by deleting your account. It keeps working on the phone you bought it on. To stop paying, cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
Weather places and settings saved on your phone or in your browser are not touched, and the app keeps working without an account.
